With a total length of 11 cm, this sapphire file has a coarse surface for shortening and a fine one for polishing the nails. To ensure that the file remains usable for a long time, the individual sapphire particles are firmly connected to the hardened and fully flexible steel surface through a chrome layer. The shapely handle is cafted from stainless steel with a mat finish.

To prevent harm being done to the delicate cuticle when using the file, there are no large sapphire particles protruding fromthe edges of the file blade.
