Payment Terms For End Customers:

• Invoice: Simply and conveniently pay by invoice with a 15-day payment term.

Shipping Costs for End Customers:

1. Deliveries within Germany:

Free delivery for orders of €50.00 or more to a single delivery address. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping and packaging fee of €6.00 applies.

2. Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Poland, Czech Republic:

Free delivery from €150.00 to a single delivery address. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping and packaging fee of €8.50 applies.

3. Deliveries to Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Slovakia, Denmark, Finland, Sweden:

Free delivery from €250.00 to a single delivery address. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping and packaging fee of €11.50 applies.

4. Deliveries to Switzerland, United Kingdom, and other EU countries:

Free delivery from €500.00 to a single delivery address. For orders below that amount, a flat shipping and packaging fee of €17.50 applies. (Switzerland: includes transport and customs clearance)

5. Deliveries to all other countries:

Upon request. When placing an order through the shop, shipping costs are not shown. After receiving your order, we will send you a proforma invoice including the calculated shipping costs.
