pedicure nail nipper, 115 mm, STAINLESS
This head cutter is part of our product range, specifically developed for the needs of diabetics. It is carefully manufactured in Solingen and meets the highest quality requirements. The scissors are made of stainless steel, sterilisable and anti-allergenic. The tips of this head cutter are rounded to minimize the risk of injury. With the head cutter nail clipper, the cutting of even the strongest toenails will be a piece of cake: the special crescent-like shape of the cutting edges, which corresponds to the natural shape of nails, facilitates the shortening of nails by optimally using the leverage effect. In addition, the head cutter is characterized by a particularly high degree of stability, since one part is "pierced" by the other (in contrast to most other clippers where the two parts are coated and then riveted). This model is especially suitable for smaller ladies' hands; for men, we offer a larger model of head cutter with a length of 140 mm. The double spring easily presses the clippers. As the weakest part of the clippers, it can be easily exchanged in case it break under pressure. Replacement springs are, of course, also available through our shop.

pedicure nail nipper, 140 mm, box-joint, double spring, stainless steel with mat finish
For a long service life, these pedicure nail nippers made of stainless steel are hot-forged by the traditional Solingen blacksmith Erich Seiffert and then manufactured in traditional craftsmanship in Solingen. These pedicure nail nippers are designed to cut even the hardest of toenails cleanly and effortlessly. With a total length of 140 mm, it fully uses the leverage of its long shanks. The box-jointed production method ensures a high level of stability. "Box jointed" means that the passage in the nipper's upper part is first heated red-hot and widened in order to then feed the lower part through. In a final step the cutting edges of these nippers are finally adjusted by hand so that they close precisely and cut the nails cleanly. In the case of nippers, "closing precisely" means that the two cutting edges initially only meet at their very tips, while a column of light is still visible through the rest of the cutting edge. The cutting edges close completely from top to bottom, when slight pressure is being applied on the handles. So the nail is cut cleanly and not squeezed off! The double spring, which pushes the nippers open again after cutting, can of course be easily replaced, if broken or tired after a long period of use. Replacement springs are available from this shop. Made entirely of stainless steel, these premium quality nail nippers are hypoallergenic and can be both hygienically disinfected and sterile treated. The mat-frosted finish allows for a glare-free work.
